We recently were made aware of some very small problems regarding our products’ descriptions. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have created. It was a problem within our coding and has been fixed!

We are confident you will love your QuickBrandz™ product. We want you to enjoy your purchase and experience with our products. If you're not satisfied, we will make things right. You may return any product within 30-days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. You will receive a full refund, which shall be credited back to the original payment method, in the amount paid for the product you are returning.

If, within 30-days of your purchase from QuickBrandz™, you are not completely satisfied, please email us at quickbrandzco@gmail.com to request a return. To get started, please enter the email address that was used to place the order and the order number that can be found on your order confirmation email.

We will provide a free return shipping label for all QuickBrandz™ products being returned. You must return the product to us in its original packaging and include all accessories. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will give you a refund for the returned product.

If you return a product purchased using a promotional discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product.

If you are returning products within the return policy period that were purchased as part of a bundle, all products in the bundle (including any accessories, wires and attachments that accompanied each product) must be included in the return order to receive a full refund.

QuickBrandz™ will not refund any shipping charges (e.g. overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.
